Being my first apartment Del Flora allowed me to be in a safe comfortable building knowing we had cameras and security to keep watch I always felt safe! They always helped with my needs made sure I was taken care of never an issue with my washer and dryer which is a necessity. I believe having a bad experience here weighs on each individual and their attitudes. I thank the team working hard for everyone staying here!

Oh wasp flew into my apartment when I left my sliding door open I am terrified of bees or wasps I locked myself in my bedroom and called the office Erica was so kind and got maintenance to come up within five minutes super quick the gentleman who came to help me was named Edward he got rid of the wasp right away knocked before coming in and he let me know to give him a call if I see any more he did also make sure there was no nest on the front of my door area and my porch area! I haven't lived in this apartment complex, but I want to rate the level of professionalism and customer service. Erika has been so generous and patient with my partner and I. These apartments are situated in a calm, quiet corner of Redlands where you can enjoy fresh(er) air and gorgeous mountains a hop away! the staff is wonderfully kind and services issues quickly. Edward is especially wonderful for this and incredibly accommodating. Thank you for your help!
