I have been living here for the past 3 years. The people have been very great to me and are always happy to help. They have a new security company that has helped a lot. I live very comfortable and happy here. Hope to stay for a long time.

Oh wasp flew into my apartment when I left my sliding door open I am terrified of bees or wasps I locked myself in my bedroom and called the office Erica was so kind and got maintenance to come up within five minutes super quick the gentleman who came to help me was named Edward he got rid of the wasp right away knocked before coming in and he let me know to give him a call if I see any more he did also make sure there was no nest on the front of my door area and my porch area! I haven't lived in this apartment complex, but I want to rate the level of professionalism and customer service. Erika has been so generous and patient with my partner and I. She, although alone in the office, has helped us out so much and has been so professional and nice. I can appreciate that. Thanks again, Erika.

These apartments are situated in a calm, quiet corner of Redlands where you can enjoy fresh(er) air and gorgeous mountains a hop away! the staff is wonderfully kind and services issues quickly. Edward is especially wonderful for this and incredibly accommodating. Thank you for your help!
